Honda Dio's engine capacity is109cc, and it is an air-cooled, single-cylinder, four-stroke OHC Dream Mileage engine along with V-matic transmission.

The Dio is equipped with a Combi Brake System (CBS) which is an advanced safety feature, ensuring even-handed braking and responsive braking even at high speeds.
